Title - Hold unto what you have

Main Text:- Revelation 3.11

Why you MUST hold unto what you have

- 1) Nothing or condition is permanent (1 Sam 10,10, 1 Samuel 18:10, 1 Samuel 15.11)

- 2) What we have is so precious (Mark 8:36, 2 Cor 6:2)

- 3) Many people don't have it (2 Cor 1:26-27)

-4) Satan and his agents are constantly monitoring us, to bring us to a downfall (Job 1:7, Job 2:2). 

-5) It is easier to pull down than to build

Actions needed 

1) Be cautious! We are humans (1 Cor 1:29-30)

2) Be mindful of the company you keep

Title - Come Up Higher

Main Text:- Revelation 4:1, Matthew 17:1-9

When you are on the  mountain

1) Your vision is able to capture more sight compared to someone down in the valley.

2) The deep things (mysteries) of the kingdom are revealed to those on the mountain (Exodus 19:3)

When you are on the  mountain

3) You hear the Inaudible (Matt 17:5, Dan 2:19)

When you are on the  mountain

4) You bask in God's glory. There's no shame (Matt 17:2-3)

5) It is an unforgettable experience

6) God reveals the secret of the world to those on the mountain top. Remember, Knowledge is power.

7) Our company & reasoning will change

Factors required to "Come Up Higher"

1) Live a Holy Life 

(1 Pet 1:15-16, Matthew 15:26, 1 Kings 18:30).

2) Divine Favour. Jesus had many disciples, but took only 3 with Him to the mountain.

3) Self Determination (Mark:10:35-39)
